（一）

今夜，中秋的圆月挂在天上。
银白的光，洒在屋檐与树影之间，
轻柔而安静，像是天上的喃喃细语，
一缕一缕，洒落人间。

古往今来，人们抬头望月，
心中涌起思念与感慨。
在外的游子，望见月亮，想到故乡；
孤单的人，望见月亮，渴望团圆；
幸福的人，望见月亮，盼望美好能够长久。

（二）

“海上生明月，天涯共此时。” （张九龄）
“举头望明月，低头思故乡。” （李白）
“但愿人长久，千里共婵娟。” （苏轼）

多少文人墨客，
把最深的思念，
和最美的愿望，
都托付给这轮明月。

可是，月亮再圆，也有缺损；
团圆再美，也难免别离。
那么，人的心啊，
真的能圆满无缺吗？

（三）

圣经说：
“神造了两个大光，大的管昼，小的管夜，又造众星。”
（创世记 1:16）
月亮本身没有光，却能把太阳的光辉反射出来，照亮黑夜。

人的心，也像月亮。
空虚的时候，需要光来充满。
但世上的光，终究微弱，
不足以照亮内心的黑暗，
也无法驱散灵魂的孤寂。

圣经又说：
“得太阳所晒熟的美果，月亮所养成的宝物。” （申命记 33:14）
原来，月光不只寄托思念，
它更在岁月流转中，孕育着神的宝物，
而神的祝福，也在光影之间悄然生长。

耶稣说：
“我是世界的光，跟从我的，就不在黑暗里走，
必要得着生命的光。” （约翰福音 8:12）

圆月会亏缺，人生有起落。
但耶稣的光，却能带来真正的平安与圆满。

（五）

“此生此夜不长好，明月明年何处看？” （苏轼）
世间的圆满，总是短暂，总是让人怅然若失。

但圣经应许：
“神要擦去他们一切的眼泪，不再有死亡，也不再有悲哀、哭号、
疼痛。” （启示录 21:4）

这才是真正永不消逝的圆满，
是超越时空的安宁，
是源源不断的喜乐。

（六）

今夜月圆，你心圆满吗？
在月光下，让我们一同仰望，
那位创造日月星辰的主宰，
那位赐下真光与真爱的耶稣。

愿祂的光，
照亮你的心田，
像满月一样宁静而丰盈，
使你得着
永不亏缺的圆满。

Is Your Heart Complete Beneath Tonight’s Full Moon?

(I)

Tonight, the Mid-Autumn moon is suspended in the heavens.
Its silver light drifts across eaves and branches,
gentle, hushed,
like whispers let down from the sky,
falling thread by thread upon the earth.

For centuries, eyes have lifted toward this same moon,
hearts stirred with longing and reflection.
The wanderer sees it, and remembers home.
The solitary sees it, and aches for reunion.
The joyful see it, and hope their happiness might remain unbroken.

(II)

“Above the sea the bright moon rises;
at this very moment, we share it from the ends of the earth.” — Zhang Jiuling

“I lift my head and gaze at the bright moon;
I lower it, and think of home.” — Li Bai

“May we all be granted long life,
to share the beauty of this moon across a thousand miles.” — Su Shi

Countless poets and dreamers
have entrusted their most delicate thoughts
and deepest desires
to this luminous circle.

And yet—
the moon, however round, carries its scars.
Reunion, however sweet, is shadowed by parting.
Can the human heart, then,
ever be flawless, ever truly whole?

(III)

The ancient text tells us:
“God made two great lights—the greater light to govern the day,
and the lesser light to govern the night. He also made the stars.”
(Genesis 1:16)

The moon does not shine by itself.
It only bears the radiance of another,
casting borrowed brilliance into the night.

So too the human heart.
Hollow, it yearns for a light to fill it.
Yet the world’s lamps are fragile,
incapable of dissolving the inward dark,
unable to quiet the solitude of the soul.

And elsewhere it is written:
“With the best the sun brings forth,
and the finest the moon yields.”
(Deuteronomy 33:14)

Moonlight is not merely a vessel of nostalgia.
It gathers, in the slow turning of years,
the hidden treasures of the divine,
while blessings grow softly,
half in shadow, half in light.

(IV)

Another voice once said:
“I am the light of the world.
Whoever follows me shall not walk in darkness,
but shall have the light of life.”
(John 8:12)

The moon wanes;
life waxes and falls.
But there is a radiance
that outlasts all dimming—
a light that brings stillness,
and makes the broken whole.

(V)

“This life, this night, cannot long endure;
where shall we gaze upon the bright moon next year?” — Su Shi

The fullness of this world is always fleeting,
always leaving us with a touch of longing and loss.

Yet one final promise remains:
“He will wipe away every tear from their eyes.
There will be no more death,
nor mourning, nor crying, nor pain.”
(Revelation 21:4)

This is the circle that never breaks,
a peace untouched by time,
a joy that no darkness can eclipse.

(VI)

Tonight the moon is full—
but is your heart complete?

Beneath its quiet glow, let us lift our gaze
to the One who set sun, moon, and stars in their courses,
to the One who offers the true light, the true love—
Jesus.

May His radiance
illumine the chambers of your heart,
serene and abundant as the harvest moon,
granting you a fullness
that will never fade.
